Return and Refund Policy for MuscleGearStore.com

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items which purchased from the ”Sales” categories are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
